He is the author of Arab–Israeli Diplomacy under Carter: The US, Israel and the Palestinians (IB Tauris 2018).

He has long experience researching the Arab-Israeli conflict, with articles published in Diplomacy & Statecraft, The International History Review, British Journal of Middle Eastern Studies, The Middle East Journal, Contemporary Levant and Babylon – Nordic Journal of Middle East Studies.
