Giulia has been a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Trento (2014–2016), Scuola Normale Superiore in Florence (2016–2018) and University of Bologna (2018–2020).
She is currently master tutor and research collaborator at the University of Siena's Department of Social, Political and Cognitive Sciences.
Her research interests deal with party politics, candidate and leader selection, higher education policies, and political elites.
