Conor joined the Constitution Unit in November 2019 as the Research Assistant and Project Manager of the Unification Referendums on the Island of Ireland project, working with Alan Renwick.

Since July 2021, he has been working on a new project examining perspectives on the Belfast/Good Friday Agreement in Northern Ireland.

He is also a part-time ESRC funded PhD student at Birkbeck College, University of London.

His research there focuses on Northern Irish political parties and their attitudes towards European integration.
