As a consequence, the signs of regression immediately appeared in Afghanistan, and constitute a real threat.

Upon fleeing the Afghan Civil War, Bilquees Daud lived as a refugee for 10 years.
She subsequently returned to Afghanistan and worked in the development sector.
She holds a Master’s degree from Germany and a BA degree from the American University of Afghanistan.
She has 15 years of working experience in governmental and non-governmental organizations, universities, and research centres, in Afghanistan and abroad.
