Will is an economist by training, but has developed an interest in UK government policy, and how we can create a more equal society.

He is now a candidate for a PhD in Public Policy Research at King's College London, in which he seeks to understand whether English devolution is enabling a more just transport sector.

Alongside this, he regularly publishes a Substack blog called The Will of the People.
