Viacheslav is academic director of the University of Tartu's Centre for Eurasian and Russian Studies (CEURUS).
His research interests include poststructuralist international political theory, postcolonial theory and critique, as well as ideology and discourses in Russia (including comparative aspects).
His articles have appeared in International Affairs, International Theory, International Relations, Postcolonial Studies, Cooperation and Conflict, among other journals.
