His research focuses on migration governance, immigrant integration, and foreign policy, with particular attention to Europe, Central Asia, and the South Caucasus.
He holds a PhD in Political Science and two Master's degrees in International Relations and Political Science.
Vladyslav is a member of the Academic Council on the United Nations System, the Global (De)Centre, and the International Migration Research Network.
