Sarah holds a MPhil and PhD in International Relations from the University of Cambridge.
She has broad-ranging research interests but currently her work focuses on nuclear security, non-proliferation, US-China strategic competition, AUKUS, and current and emerging challenges to the international order.
Sarah supports the implementation of the UK’s Nuclear Security Capacity Building Programme, an academia-industry consortium that works to strengthen nuclear security in newcomer countries around the world.
