Emotions are running high in EU foreign policy – and that's ok

Seda is Visiting Professor at the College of Europe and an Affiliated Fellow and Professor at the Université libre de Bruxelles.

Her teaching and research interests include EU foreign policy, autocratisation processes in the EU’s Eastern neighbourhood, enlargement, European security and diplomacy, parliamentary diplomacy (European Parliament), emotions in international relations, and methodology in political science.

She recently co-edited the Special Issue Emotions in EU foreign policy – when and how do they matter? for the Journal of European Integration (with O. Terzi, 2024).
