Professor of International Relations, Universidade Paulista (UNIP), Brazil

Luiza is an Assistant Coordinator of the International Relations Undergraduate Program at Universidade Paulista.

She is also a postdoctoral fellow at the São Paulo State University (UNESP), Brazil.

Luiza's research interests include nuclear policy, non-proliferation, disarmament, Brazil’s nuclear policy, and future studies.

She holds both a PhD and an MA in International Relations from the San Tiago Dantas Graduate Program in International Relations, Brazil.
