PhD Candidate, Department of Political Science, Stockholm University
Joseph's research uses quantitative methods to examine political behaviour, particularly the ways social environments influence individual attitudes and actions.
He focuses on how political social norms and perceptions shape behaviour across different contexts.
Before starting as a doctoral student at Stockholm University, Joseph worked for several years in research-adjacent roles across the public, private, and academic sectors, largely on comparative politics.
His positions included Associate Program Officer at International IDEA, where he contributed to the Global State of Democracy, and associate researcher on the Historical Data Archive (H-DATA) module of the Demscore project.
He has experience as a full-time and consultant survey analyst.
