Ivan is an expert with more than ten years' experience in the field of European integration, development of state policies, strategies, and export consulting.
During 2022–2024, he served as the Deputy Director General of the Government Office for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration, spearheading Ukraine's bid for EU accession.
Ivan holds a PhD in political science, and is a recognised scholar in the field of European integration and research on the European Neighbourhood Policy and Eastern Partnership initiative.
He is the author of more than 20 scientific and analytical articles in this field.
