Gabriela-Elena is a graduate of the Bucharest University of Economic Studies (ASE), Faculty of Finance, Insurance, Banking and Stock Exchange, English-taught programme.
Since August 2022, she has been working as a Project Manager at Teach for Romania, an NGO focused on reducing educational disparities by supporting teachers in underprivileged communities.
Her professional experience has provided her with valuable insight into systemic inequalities in education and has shaped her academic interests.
Her research focuses on social justice, with a particular emphasis on education policy, gender studies, and minority rights.
Gabriela-Elena is especially interested in how inclusive educational policies can address structural inequities.
She is currently developing research in the fields of education equity and gender-sensitive policy design.
