Who benefits from feminism, and who loses from it? Marco Improta and Elisabetta Mannoni reveal an ideological gap between young men and women across Europe. This gap – strong in the UK, but absent in Norway – may relate to perceptions of the 'winners and losers' of feminism
Elisabetta’s research focuses on public opinion and political behaviour, with particular attention to environmental protection, generational and gender divides, and survey methodology.
She received her PhD in Political Science from Central European University (CEU).
Before joining the University of Siena to work on the Horizon Europe project REDIRECT, she was a postdoctoral researcher at LUISS University.
Her work has appeared in the British Journal of Politics and International Relations, Government & Opposition, Parliamentary Affairs, Representation, South European Society and Politics, and the Swiss Political Science Review, among others.
