Dmytro's research focuses on European integration, democratic governance, and contemporary issues in Central and Eastern Europe and Ukraine.
He has published in the Journal of European Public Policy, Democratization, East-European Politics and Societies, CEPS, Politico, and other outlets.
He also teaches Master-level courses in Comparative Public Administration and Public Governance, and delivers guest lectures.
Prior to joining Ghent University, Dmytro worked in policy advocacy and consulted on projects investigating foreign interference in democratic processes through disinformation.
