So what should be the response to this article which mainly reports historic facts and lacks deep analysis. Iran, as an NPT signatory, is entitled to peaceful nuclear development including enrichment. If NPT is the guiding legal regime, all big powers have violated it by continuing to develop new classes of nukes and also sanctioning Iran which has no weapons while helping others who skirted the NPT rules and are favored by the West. This is the gist of the problem.
